Gladstone Samba is my short original exercise set for drummers. Its main elements are a samba foot pattern and Gladstone technique for the hands.
The mini-course works through only two sticking ideas: single strokes and the Flam Accent rudiment, sometimes shortened to a regular flam.
Let us recall the Gladstone strokes and the conditions that determine which motion we choose.
FULL – a loud stroke before the next loud stroke in the same hand.
DOWN – a loud stroke before the next quiet stroke in the same hand.
TAP – a quiet stroke before the next quiet stroke in the same hand.
UP – a quiet stroke before the next loud stroke in the same hand.
There is plenty of information about this technique online. My favorite videos on the subject can be found on several pages of this site:

The notation material for Gladstone Samba, six pages, is available on my Patreon page. There you can also find all parts in one video.
