I have been taking lessons for almost a year and started from zero. I found exactly what I was looking for with Tony: a clear yet varied program where every step is thought through in advance, the ability to explain things easily and clearly, and a readiness to answer questions and help with advice. When I was learning songs for homework, my neighbors at the country house gave me respect after just a couple of months. You can feel that Tony enjoys teaching, and when you love what you do, it inevitably turns out well.

I took lessons with Tony for almost a year and was very happy with the experience. I started together with my husband and got drawn in. Tony explains things very clearly and accessibly; even without a musical background or any experience playing instruments, everything was perfectly understandable to me. I especially want to mention his patience, gentleness, and individual approach. Lessons are always interesting and help you switch off from everyday worries and enjoy the process of playing. It is clear right away that Tony is not only a musician and a great drummer, but also a high-level teacher, which is very important. I had heard about other teachers who spend most of the lesson playing instead of the student. For me it was important that Tony gave me the chance to try, learn, make mistakes, and try again, while helping and guiding without doing the work for me. Sometimes now I miss the lessons and sit down to play at home, and I feel very grateful to Tony for what he taught me. I will definitely come back to lessons again and happily recommend Tony to everyone.

I have been taking lessons for several years and started from complete zero. Lessons are never boring. The time is divided so that you can work on technique, learn something new, play songs, and review material you have already covered. Any questions or difficulties are discussed and worked through in detail. If you have enough motivation and discipline for regular independent practice and homework, your level will really grow with Tony. The studio is right by the metro, in a cozy rehearsal space on the Arma grounds.

Tony is an excellent teacher. I have been going to him for almost two years and started from zero. Unlike group lessons, here you get an individual and flexible approach in addition to a structured program. If a topic or technique is more difficult than usual, you can spend more time on it, and Tony will choose additional exercises and homework. Lessons take place in a rehearsal space located in a very atmospheric bunker, close to the metro. In short, I definitely recommend him.

Highly recommended. I have been studying for three months; I am 30, started drums from zero, although I have experience on guitar and bass, and I am very happy. I found Tony online, and his website made a strong impression: everything was very clear and structured, so it was obvious that he had order in his head. That impression was fully confirmed. The learning process is very well organized. Tony has a clear program for what to do and in what order, and he uses respected Western materials, including Dom Famularo. At the same time, in the beginning there is a strong focus on learning coordination and starting to play music, which I think is very important for motivation and satisfaction. The program is clear but flexible: things that come easily are covered quickly, and things that are difficult are worked through in more detail. After every lesson Tony gives homework and sends it electronically with all the necessary materials: notation, backing tracks, and so on. That is very convenient. The cherry on top is that Tony has tastefully selected songs for each stage of learning, such as AC/DC, Guns n' Roses, and Green Day, with backing tracks and notation included.

I studied with Tony for about a year. The material is given consistently. There was never a situation where something was assigned but not explained. He carefully watches playing technique and points out issues with hand and foot positioning. At my request, we worked through two Linkin Park songs, and he helped me fill a chosen composition with drum breaks. I like that a number of exercises are done with music plus a metronome, not just with a metronome alone.

In general, during lessons you feel like a rock star rather than a student, unlike in music school.

Tony is a true professional. Instead of a thousand words, I recommend finding his Instagram videos; they make it obvious that Tony is a master of his craft. He is just as strong as a teacher as he is as a drummer. Other reviews have already mentioned the structured material and academic approach to learning, and I can only confirm that.

If you want to really learn to play drums, go to Tony. He is a teacher who will not let you stand still and who explains everything in a very accessible and relaxed way. Over a year of training, Tony helped me improve a lot. We worked on my weak spots, technique, and music notation.

Over the past two years I tried different drum schools: M-groove, BPM, and Artis. I kept moving from one teacher to another, looking for a systematic approach and clear exercises. I left teachers who talked too much or had the attitude of "so, what shall we play today?" I have been studying with Tony once a week since January 2021. During that time I learned to read music and came to love it. I now hold the sticks correctly, and my playing has become steadier because everything is practiced with a metronome. I also play in a rock band, and the musicians have started to feel the groove, so I am not the only one happy with the result. Every lesson we check homework, which Tony sends in Telegram right after the lesson. We stay in touch between lessons, and Tony answers every question. Lessons were only rescheduled when I could not attend. I recommend Drumskill to anyone who is ready to prepare responsibly and does not expect results after one lesson.

At first I felt euphoric at a drum school for three or four months. Then came disappointment with the school, the path, and the pace of progress. Frustration, bargaining, depression… Then I started trying to find "my" teacher: enough exercises on different things to make the brain boil and the hands and feet struggle; enough enjoyment from music to stay motivated and understand what is now within reach; and, of course, a person who would not irritate me. During one of those attempts I found Tony. He is calm, plays really well, and explains clearly what needs to be played and how. He gives you material according to your request, can help with advice, share literature, and so on. There is also a program that you follow, and you have to do the work. Your brain boils and your hands and feet protest. Homework and lesson exercises are checked carefully, so you cannot get away with sloppy work. But each time you feel things getting better and better – constant growth. When Tony sees that something has become easy, he raises the level of difficulty; if something is really hard at the moment, he lowers it. In short, I am glad I found my teacher. I have been studying with him since early August 2021, already half a year, and I happily recommend him.

I studied with Tony for more than a year, so I formed a clear opinion. It seems to me that I found everything I was looking for when I searched for a drum teacher: a correct and understandable teaching approach for someone who had never sat behind drums before, patient and clear explanations, and respectful attention to details. Of course, from my beginner's point of view they seemed like details, but over time it became clear that all these details help you feel more confident behind the instrument. I am deeply grateful to Tony not only as a teacher, but also for simple human communication and conversations about music that I was missing in everyday life. You can feel a special atmosphere as soon as you arrive at the music base: many young, stylish, noisy people who are passionate about music, playing drums, playing other instruments, and singing. I have been studying with Tony for quite a long time. I like that the program is broad and varied, with interesting materials. We work not only on technique but also have time to learn songs. The prices are reasonable, especially if you buy a lesson package; I would even say they are below the market.
